Pineapple Tarts

I made these pineapple tarts for Chinese New Year... Mum joined in the fun too! ^_^ We made our own pineapple filling.... poor mum, standing by the stove stirring the pot of pineapple puree and cooking it to thick paste. ^_^ We enjoyed baking together!

Our hardwork has paid off!
