Burger Cake

Made this burger cake for a friend's birthday!

I made the "meat patty" using brownie! Sponge cake for the "buns" covered in fondant! Sugar "tomatoes", "cheese", and "lettuce"!

Low Fat Peach Swiss Rolls

This is one of my first swiss roll that I made! Made my own peach jam... and using a low fat recipe for the sponge.

Good result for first try!~
