I've got an order for a birthday train cake. :) Yeahhh....Fun time!!!
This train cake is made of vanilla buttercake in each of the carriages...covered in colourful fondants. Then they are filled with gummy bears, choc-coated candies, and jelly beans.
I made the tracks with chocolate wafers, green grass with green coloured dessicated coconut, sand with crushed biscuits, smoke with cotton candy, windows with oat cereals, and wheels with mini oreo cookies.
Everything you see here are edible! Great for kid's party...
