Granny Smith Apple Crumble Torte

Made with generous slices of granny smith green apple..vanilla pastry cream... between layers of soft sponge cake... topped with loads of crumbles!!!

Surrounding this heavenly cake are pieces of my handmade white chocolate + green tea...

Choo Choo Train

Choo Choo!

I've got an order for a birthday train cake. :) Yeahhh....Fun time!!!

This train cake is made of vanilla buttercake in each of the carriages...covered in colourful fondants. Then they are filled with gummy bears, choc-coated candies, and jelly beans.

I made the tracks with chocolate wafers, green grass with green coloured dessicated coconut, sand with crushed biscuits, smoke with cotton candy, windows with oat cereals, and wheels with mini oreo cookies.

Everything you see here are edible! Great for kid's party...

Burger Cake

Made this burger cake for a friend's birthday!

I made the "meat patty" using brownie! Sponge cake for the "buns" covered in fondant! Sugar "tomatoes", "cheese", and "lettuce"!

This is one of my first swiss roll that I made! Made my own peach jam... and using a low fat recipe for the sponge.
