Earl Grey Angel Cake

Today, I am making Earl Grey Angel Cake! Was watching TV, a food show called Barefoot Contessa and Ina Garten made an angel cake! That's how it started my engine on baking... I had to bake an Angel Cake too! But with Earl Grey!!!

By now, you would have guessed I love Earl Grey! Haha.. I add them to my cakes.. bread..Everything! One day, I'm gonna try making my creme patissiere with Earl Grey too! Just a thought. ^_^
