I love cendol! Cendol is a traditional dessert originating from South East Asia. Basically, it is a mixture of coconut milk, worm-like jelly made of rice flour and pandan juice, palm sugar (or gula melaka), and shaved ice. Other ingredients such as red bean are sometimes added for extra flavour and texture. You can also add ice cream for additional richness!
Since cendol is a popular dessert in Asia (plus it is also my favourite), I decided to create a one-of-a-kind Cendol Cake!!! :)
