This is another of my creation - Grape Yakult Cheesecake.
Yakult is a Japanese pre-biotic milk-like product made by fermenting a mixture of skimmed milk with a special strain of the bacterium Lactobacillus casei Shirota.
I love drinking Yakult everyday for good digestion and my favourite flavour is grape.
One day while drinking Yakult (grape flavour of course), I'm thinking...Hmm.. wouldn't it be nice if this is added to cheesecake.
This inspired me to create Grape Yakult Cheesecake.
Starting with a biscuit base... I topped with a light mousse made of grape puree, cream, sugar, and yakult.
The result........ TA-DA.......
One word says it all... YUM!!!
I made these mini roses using leftover mousse...
