Raspberry Heart Delight

Hi!~

This is a bavarian raspberry mouse cake... made for my exam masterpiece...


Those chocolate pieces on the side was handmade by me. Probably the next time I will try the same design but using sponge instead...  :)

    Hi sis. Your masterpiece looks great. The colour, design and shape is very appealing and professionally done. First look at it makes me want to slice and put it into my mouth. I cannot wait till your cake shop open.I will be ur supporter and make it my daily bread. Hope to continue to see new break through in your cake making.
