I love my cuppa espresso!
For my exam masterpiece for pastry.. I made these Cappuccino Cup Tarts!
It's really cute and presentable... Scored really well for this category.
Here it is...
Hope you love them as much as I do...
I made the tarts using mini round moulds....
These handles are the hardest to make because they are really tiny. I had to becareful not to burn them while baking. Stuck each of these handle on the cup with abit of chocolate. :)
Inside each cup... freshly made coffee creme patissiere (pastry cream)... topped with whipped cream.. dusted with cocoa powder...
Complete with a stick of cinnamon...
Perfect!
